SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms: http://www.happyartshub.com/terms-and-conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when placing an order with us. This policy will apply to any order you place with Happy Arts Hub.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Since all our products are custom-made artworks, each order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Standard Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines begin only after the artwork has been completed and approved by the client. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- Within India (other states): 5–8 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

For bulk or oversized artwork orders, shipping charges may vary and will be communicated to you separately before dispatch.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging all artworks to prevent damage during transit. Artworks are wrapped in protective material and placed in sturdy packaging to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note the following for international orders:

- Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the country where you reside.
- Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.


PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIME

As all our artworks are custom-made, please allow the following time before dispatch:

- Standard custom artwork: 3–7 business days after final approval
- Complex or large-scale artwork: 7–14 business days after final approval

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Happy Arts Hub is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or customs clearance for international shipments.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier partner's website.

If you face any issues tracking your order, please reach out to us directly and we will assist you promptly.


INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. Happy Arts Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier may hold the package for a limited period. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, re-shipping charges will apply.
