RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Happy Arts Hub. We take great pride in creating unique, custom artworks tailored to each client's requirements. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


NATURE OF CUSTOM ARTWORK

All products created by Happy Arts Hub are custom-made based on specific client requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our work, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.


RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

- The artwork received is significantly different from the approved design.
- The artwork arrives damaged or defective due to packaging or shipping.

All return requests must be raised within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition as received.

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind after the design has been approved.
- Minor variations in colour or texture due to screen display differences or the nature of handmade artwork.
- Custom artworks that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at contact@happyartshub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and the reason for return.
2. Attach clear photographs of the artwork showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 3 business days.
4. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the artwork in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
5. Mail the return to the following address:

   Attn: Returns — RMA #
   Tamil Nadu, India

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect artwork).


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund or exchange within fifteen (15) days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.


EXCHANGES

If you would prefer an exchange over a refund, we will be happy to recreate the artwork based on the original approved design at no additional cost, provided the return is approved.


EXCEPTIONS

- Sale items and discounted orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Digital artwork files, once delivered, are non-refundable.
- Artworks damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery are not eligible for return.
